The front façade of this six-story building clad has a natural brick pattern with 11 steps return. While conventional material will impose challenges in making this material, GRC replicates these pattern in full details to provide a cost-effective, lightweight, durable, and attractive finish solution.

Moulding
Two moulds made to meet the tight budget and produce the 75 panels. The design intends to have an old natural brick look, and the out of date silicone mould provides a perfect finish with irregularity on surface finish.
GRC surface with Guard penetrative protective coating
GRC permeated using Guard MG with a 10-year warranty for surface protection. The façade design allows any water leaks to run down between the inner wall and the GRC façade. The final result was a stunning façade that blends well with the Thai culture and local heritage.
