Cladding and Design

Over 700 hundreds cladding, 25 provicial signs with different provincial logos in GRC will also be installed on the front side of the building.          A total of about 4000sqm of GRC will commence production in February 2024 and complete installation by end of August 2024. GRCT will provide full support for all the installation work to meet all safety standards.  

The 14 level office block will be clad with GRC column cladding from ground level to roof top level. Horizontal cladding surround the 4th floor balcony and spandrel on top and below north side glass curtain wall. All the GRC will be installed by GRCT local partner CAMAX with full support from GRCT. A total of 881 pieces of GRC total to more than 3000sqm will all be produced in Thailand and then truck to Phnom Penh. Production of over 10 different design and including the making of molds are plan for 12 weeks, while installation the same. Schedule of completion is by October, 2024.
