Cladding

GRC (Thailand) pigmented cream sandstone in slight sandy texture. This 1200sqm of wall are design to have a zig zag profile of 100mm wide and 30mm deep. Panel height reaching near to 6.5m and width 1.5m, will make an imposing entrance.

Design

A light color sand and pigment is selected to allow the GRC panel finish to last the life of the building without changing. The surface after wash and clean is coated with Guard CE hydrophobic coating to allow moisture protection and to promote self-cleaning. The short duration allows for this project require highly efficient making and installation to allow this project to finish on time, which is tentatively by mid of November, 2023.

The ballroom facade in front of the Dusit Thani Hotel is adorned with striking GRC cladding, designed in a vertical zigzag pattern and pigmented in a cream sandstone hue. This choice of material and design not only enhances the structural integrity but also adds a touch of sophistication and modern elegance to the hotel’s exterior.

Installation

Profile of 100mm wide and 30mm deep. Panel height. The 12.5m H Ball Room GRC is both imposing and impressive. All panels install directly to precast wall.

With the high production capacity of up to 1000sq.m per day, GRC (Thailand) effortlessly added this additional work to the project and completed from mould making to installation within 30 days.
